StorePilot is a private Etsy seller management and automation tool. It connects to Etsy through the Etsy Open API and OAuth only after a shop owner explicitly authorizes access.
Depending on the permissions approved by the shop owner, StorePilot may access Etsy shop information, listing information, order or transaction-related seller data, and other information required to provide the seller-management functions enabled by the shop owner.
Data is used only to provide StorePilot functionality for the authorized shop, including shop analysis, listing management, product workflows, and selected routine operational tasks requested or enabled by the seller.
StorePilot uses Etsy OAuth. StorePilot does not ask for or store Etsy account passwords. Authorization tokens are used only to access the connected shop according to the permissions granted by the seller.
StorePilot does not sell Etsy user data or shop data. Etsy-derived data is not shared with advertisers.
Authentication tokens and operational data are retained only as needed to provide StorePilot functionality and are handled using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Access is limited to the StorePilot operator and authorized users.
A shop owner may revoke StorePilot's Etsy authorization at any time through Etsy account settings. After revocation, StorePilot will no longer be able to access that shop through the revoked authorization.
A shop owner may request deletion of StorePilot-held data associated with their connected shop by emailing storepilot.suppor@gmail.com. Reasonable identity and authorization verification may be required before deletion.
