Terms of Use

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Purpose

StorePilot is a private seller-management tool designed to assist authorized Etsy shop owners with shop operations through the Etsy Open API.

Authorization

StorePilot may access an Etsy shop only after the shop owner explicitly authorizes the application through Etsy OAuth. The shop owner is responsible for ensuring that they have authority to grant access to the connected shop.

Permitted use

StorePilot is intended for legitimate seller-management activities such as listing management, shop analysis, product workflows, and selected routine operational tasks.

Seller control

StorePilot access is seller-controlled. Authorization may be revoked at any time through Etsy. Some StorePilot functions may also be disabled or restricted through StorePilot's own permission controls.

Third-party platform

Etsy is a third-party platform. StorePilot is developed and operated independently from Etsy. Etsy does not develop, endorse, certify, sponsor, or warrant StorePilot. Use of Etsy remains subject to Etsy's own terms, policies, and platform rules.

No Etsy warranty

StorePilot is provided by its developer and operator. Etsy makes no warranties regarding StorePilot and is not responsible for StorePilot's operation, availability, accuracy, security, or performance.

Access removal and data requests

Shop owners may revoke Etsy authorization at any time. Requests related to StorePilot-held data may be sent to storepilot.suppor@gmail.com.

Changes

These terms may be updated as StorePilot evolves. The current version will be published on this page.
